Protein Smoothie

This simple protein smoothie combines the age-old benefits of Acai (the amazon super fruit), with immune-boosting vitamin C.

Acai + Vit C Protein Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 c fresh squeezed orange juice (about 4 oranges)
  • 1 banana (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 tbsp acai powder
  • 1/2 c crushed ice
  • 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder

Method:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth. This smoothie is thin and easy to drink. For a thicker version, try adding another banana or a scoop of plain yogurt.
