Green Apple Pie Protein Smoothie
Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/2 c apple sauce (unsweetened)
- 1/2 c rolled oats
- handful whole almonds
- 1 c almond milk (plain and unsweetened)
- 2 c fresh spinach
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
