Dark, icy chocolate packed with protein and pomegranate.
Chocolate Ice Protein Smoothie Bowl
Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 2 small bowls, or 1 large bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas, chopped
- 1/4 c pumpkin puree
- 2 tbps cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder
- Up to 1/4 c coconut milk
Toppings:
- Pomegranate seeds
- Cocoa nibs
- Shredded coconut
Method:
Add first 5 ingredients to blender. Add coconut milk slowly, and only as much as needed to blend (it should be thick enough to eat with a spoon). Arrange toppings, admire, and enjoy!
