June 8-14: Dalia
Lifestyle Questionnaire
Tell us a little bit about how you keep fit year round.
My career has been my priority for so long that a regular fitness routine is not something I've been able to achieve. I attend community yoga classes a few times per week, and I try to jog every second day for about 30 minutes. At the end of the day, I just want to get home and spend time with my kids. If I don't get my exercise in before work, it doesn't happen.
What is your diet like? Any special requirements?
I don't eat red meat, and I limit my lactose intake.
What motivates you to stay fit and healthy?
I've struggled with fluctuating weight gain/loss my entire life. Right now I'm at a healthy weight and I really want to stay there.
Protein Powder
Why did you decide to start incorporating protein powder into your diet?
I actually started using protein powder as a way to lighten my coffee without using milk. The extra protein was just a bonus!
Why did you choose EidoPro Protein Powder?
The first protein powder I started added to my coffee was vanilla flavored and included sweeteners. It tasted great, but I really don't need the extra calories. I chose EidoPro Protein Powder because of all the natural, unsweetened options, it seemed to have the best reviews.
How do you use EidoPro Protein Powder now?
One tablespoon to each cup of coffee - and I drink between 1 and 3 cups per day.

Usually a 2-day break from any exercise spells disaster for the rest of the week, but I was able to get back on track by doubling up on Friday (if i wasn't documenting my week, I never would have
done that!) The EidoPro Lifestyle Ambassador Series
is now over and I really enjoyed reading how the others discovered EidoPro Protein Powder. I think I'm going to have to get more creative and start making some smoothies!
