This soothing protein smoothie will help digestion and boost your immune system.
Golden Turmeric Protein Smoothie
Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 c 0% plain greek yogurt
- 2 bananas (peeled and chopped)
- 1 tsp turmeric*
- 1 inch fresh ginger (peeled)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
*Try 1/2 tsp turmeric if you aren't yet used to the strong flavor.
