Protein Smoothie

Bright green from kale and avocado, bursting with tropical taste!

Green Tropics Protein Smoothie Bowl

Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 2 small bowls, or 1 large bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 c chopped fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 c chopped fresh or frozen mango
  • 1 c chopped fresh kale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c plant milk of your choice (plain and unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder

Toppings:

  • Shredded coconut
  • Hemp hearts
  • Chopped almonds
  • Fresh, chopped fruit

Method:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. It should be thick and easy to eat with a spoon, so add liquid slowly. Arrange toppings, admire, and enjoy!
