Bright green from kale and avocado, bursting with tropical taste!
Green Tropics Protein Smoothie Bowl
Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 2 small bowls, or 1 large bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 c chopped fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 c chopped fresh or frozen mango
- 1 c chopped fresh kale
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 - 3/4 c plant milk of your choice (plain and unsweetened)
- 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder
Toppings:
- Shredded coconut
- Hemp hearts
- Chopped almonds
- Fresh, chopped fruit
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. It should be thick and easy to eat with a spoon, so add liquid slowly. Arrange toppings, admire, and enjoy!
