Protein Smoothie

This smoothie bowl packs in maximum nutrients to fuel your body when time is short.

Hardcore Protein Smoothie Bowl

Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 2 small bowls, or 1 large bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 c frozen mango chunks
  • 1 c raw broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 apple, chopped (no need to peel)
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder
  • Up to 1/4 c water

Toppings:

  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Hemp hearts
  • Pistachios
  • Agave syrup (optional)

Method:

Add first 6 ingredients to blender. Add water slowly, and only as much as needed to blend (it should be thick enough to eat with a spoon). Arrange toppings, admire, and enjoy!
