A healthy twist on a chocolate milkshake - this version is packed with iron and protein. Sweeten as much or as little as you like.
Chocolate Leaf-Shake Protein Smoothie
Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 banana, peeled and chopped
- 5-10 almonds or cashews
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
- 1 c almond milk (plain and unsweetened)
- 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder
- Sweeten with maple syrup or honey to taste
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
