Protein Smoothie

Inspired by the refreshing taste of spa water, this protein smoothie is also soothing on the stomach.

Melon Refresher Protein Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cantaloupe melon, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 c water
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder

Method:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
