Orange Ginger Protein Smoothie
Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 banana, peeled and chopped
- handful whole almonds
- 1/4 c almond milk (plain and unsweetened)
- 1/2 c water
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
