This simple protein smoothie features two "superfoods" - kale and blueberries.
Pear-Berry Kale Protein Smoothie
Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 glass.
Ingredients:
- 1 pear, chopped
- 1 c baby kale leaves
- 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 c water
- 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
