Sunshine in a bowl for those of us eating breakfast before the sunrise!
Sunshine Protein Smoothie Bowl
Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 2 small bowls, or 1 large bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c chopped fresh papaya (save seeds for topping)
- 1 whole orange, peeled and chopped
- 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 c raw cashews, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes, then drained
- 1 scoop Eidopro Protein Powder + Vitamin D
Toppings:
- Pistachios
- Sunflower seeds
- Papaya seeds
- Fresh rasberries
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. It should be thick and easy to eat with a spoon, no liquid should be necessary. Arrange toppings, admire, and enjoy!
