Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory, which makes it a great addition to a post-workout protein smoothie.
Tropical Turmeric Protein Smoothie
Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Makes 2 glasses.
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 c mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 c pineapple, peeled and choppped
- 1/2 orange, peeled and chopped
- 1 c almond milk (plain and unsweetened)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1-2 scoops Eidopro Protein Powder
Method:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
